Main purpose of the Customer Service team is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing best in class service to our customers via all channels. The Customer Service Center in Bogota’ provides Service Level 1 activities on behalf of other markets. These activities include and are not limited to Track & Trace, order processing, import and other after sales activities.
The focus on Service allows the Representative to have an active role on enhancing customer experience and on generating revenues from short term Sales by developing and maintaining customer relationship on a day to day basis.
The below activities will be selected according to the requests from the CS Project team:
Track & Trace, After sales, sales Administration, order processing, Pre-sales, Process/tool improvements & projects.
Job- Requirements : knowledge, learned disciplines, experience
- Proficient in English (proven C1 English level)
- Fluency in a second language is a plus (French, Dutch, Portuguese)
- Good communication in writing and verbally
- University Degree and, as bonus, preferably Airfreight industry knowledge
- Preferably Experience in Customer Service (attitude, tone of voice, quality of language to adopt in telephone servicing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Dashboards, PowereBI )
- Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
